We use it solely to investigate and resolve your complaint or deposit claim, to communicate with you and the property owner, and to keep records we need for legal reasons. Case records and evidence are retained for 6 years after closure and then deleted. You can request a copy of your case file or exercise your other data protection rights by contacting us.
